Le candidat de l’opposition ougandaise Bobi Wine a assuré vendredi avoir "largement gagné" l’élection présidentielle organisée la veille. Les premiers résultats donnent toutefois l’avantage au président sortant Yoweri Museveni, au pouvoir depuis 35 ans.
